Photopea is an online software for retouching and processing pixel and vector image whose first version dates from 2013.
Similar to Photoshop, this software is mainly used for photo editing or photomontage.

Unlike Photoshop, Photopea is a free software and available online (although it still uses your computer's resources).
Its Photoshop-like interface and compatibility with the .psd, .ai and .xd format make it the ideal candidate for those wishing to stop their Adobe subscription. The only missing feature is the use of an IA text-to-image, which can however be filled with the help of addon.
Photopea is also compatible with .fig format, used by Figma.
The site offers a cloud service, to store your projects online. However, it is only 500 MB, but may increase to 5 GB using a premium subscription.
